FIX comments on EC MISP consolidated tape proposals

The European Commission issued its ‘Market Integration Package’ at the end of 2025, containing a number of proposals to modify market structure to reduce fragmentation and create a more cohesive investment environment. FIX’s equities consolidated tape working group has taken a look at proposals relating to pre- and post-trade transparency/consolidated tapes and provided some comments.
