What It Is

Women in FIX is an initiative of the FIX Trading Community focused on supporting, connecting, and elevating women across the electronic trading ecosystem.

Through a series of educational sessions and networking events, Women in FIX provides a platform for sharing insights, building relationships, and highlighting the diverse roles women play across capital markets—from trading and technology to operations, product, and leadership.

These events are designed to be interactive and accessible, encouraging open dialogue and practical knowledge-sharing across all levels of experience.

Why It Exists

Electronic trading continues to evolve rapidly, with innovation in areas such as market structure, automation, and digital assets reshaping the industry. As the landscape changes, it is critical that the community reflects a broad range of perspectives and experiences.

Women in FIX exists to:
