Rugi has over 7 years of experience in financial services, including 4 years in Primary Markets at the London Stock Exchange (LSE), where her focus was IPOs and follow-on listings. She joined the LSE’s Equities Trading team in 2021 as a relationship manager for some of the leading trading member firms on the LSE and Turquoise.
Rugi co-leads the UK chapter of LSEG’s Women Inspired Network (WIN) and is part of the FIX NextGen Steering Committee. In 2022, she won WeAreTheCity’s Rising Star award in the Banking & Capital Markets category and was a nominee for the Forbes 30 Under 30 Europe list in 2023.
