Formed in 2021, the business brought together four industry pioneers – MarkitServ, Traiana, TriOptima, and Reset – each of which played a key role in transforming post-trade processing across asset classes.
MarkitServ digitised interest rate and credit market workflows and built key FX processing networks; Traiana developed the post-trade infrastructure that supported the growth of prime brokerage and established central limit checking for trade certainty; TriOptima introduced multilateral portfolio compression and a global network for reconciliation and margin services; and Reset has provided basis-risk management solutions for more than two decades.
Today, OSTTRA supports thousands of market participants through the full post-trade lifecycle. Following its acquisition by KKR in October 2025, OSTTRA is now a privately owned company.
