Alessandra Stagliano is Head of Client Credit Strategy at Tradeweb, where she partners closely with the sales team to shape and execute the firm's credit strategy across key client relationships. Since joining Tradeweb in 2017 as a Credit Sales Specialist, Alessandra has held several leadership roles, including serving as Head of EU Sales. Based in Paris for three years, she led the firm's newly established EU sales team and helped successfully expand Tradeweb's European footprint.

Prior to Tradeweb, Alessandra worked as a senior credit salesperson at Morgan Stanley, Citigroup Global Markets and BNP Paribas. She graduated from Bocconi University with a degree in Political Economics.

Alicia Suminski

Principal Project Manager, EuroCTP


Alicia Suminski joined EuroCTP in 2024 as Principal Product Manager, where she is responsible for the design of the consolidated tape, including functional elements such as the aggregation logic, the data quality controls, and in collaboration with EuroCTP’s business development team Alicia also gather requirements from data contributors and potential future users.

Alicia has 20 years of experience in exchanges across the EU, UK and the US, in various product management roles covering fixed income, structured products and ETFs, equities, securities financing, financial derivatives, credit default swap clearing. Prior to working in market infrastructure Alicia was a financial derivatives broker for over ten years, working for several global broking firms. Alicia has deep expertise in market infrastructure and regulation and led the development of many retail-focused market models. She has a degree in mathematics and a Master’s degree in Market Finance from the Toulouse School of Economics.

Ambre Soubiran

Ambre Soubiran is the CEO and Chairman of Kaiko, the leading independent provider of cryptocurrency market data and analytics. With two decades of finance experience, she has raised over $80M in venture funding and expanded Kaiko globally.
Previously, she worked at HSBC Global Markets in London, specializing in equity derivatives. A Paris Dauphine University graduate with a master’s in applied mathematics and computer science, Ambre has been involved in cryptocurrencies since 2012, combining her technical background with financial innovation.

Benjamin Mahe

Benjamin is currently heading the High Touch execution team at BNPP Asset Management. He initially joined AXA IM in 2021 as Head of Electronic Trading & Data and in March 2024, he was appointed Head of High Touch Execution leading the HT Equity and Fixed Income trading franchise globally as well as the ETF Cap Market & CRM team.

Prior to joining AXA IM, Benjamin worked at Natixis, PwC and more recently at AXA Direct France where he was deputy chief actuary with the responsibility of actuaries and data scientists' teams. Benjamin is a graduate of ENSTA Paris Tech and is a CFA Charterholder.

David Angel

Prior to joining Virtu, David operated in a similar role at ITG, and was previously responsible for Business Development in derivatives at London headquartered LIFFE. Didier Borowski

Didier Borowski is the Head of Macro Policy Research at the Amundi Investment Institute. In his role, Didier is responsible for research and thought leadership, linking global policy issues to financial markets and economics. In this capacity, he publishes regular insights, makes presentations to clients, prospects and Board Members, takes part in conferences and, as a key spokesperson, regularly gives interviews to major international media on global issues.

Prior to his current role, Didier was Head of Global Views, a team that relied on Amundi’s Global Research as well as on external expertise to support General Management and the Global Investment Committee (GIC) and enhance thought leadership on key cross-cutting thematics. During his career at Amundi, he was also Head of Fixed Income and FX Strategy, Co-Head of Strategy and Economic Research, and Head of Macroeconomic Research.

Before joining Amundi, Didier was Senior Economist and Strategist at Société Générale Asset Management (2000-2009). He began his career at the French Treasury (DGTPE). He also worked as an expert for the European Commission and spent two years working for the Ministry of Economy of the Central African Republic.

Didier holds a PhD in Economics and was an Associate Professor at the University of Paris North (2007-2011) and was then a lecturer for several years at the University of Paris Dauphine. He is the author of several articles concerning the equilibrium of exchange rates.

Etienne Mercuriali

Etienne Mercuriali is Director of Research at BMLL. His work combines quantitative analysis with practical trading experience to turn complex market behaviour into clear, evidence-based research for market participants, using precise, harmonised historical market data to examine market structure, trading features, and execution across equities, options, and futures on a range of asset classes.

Before joining BMLL, Etienne was a financial markets journalist covering trading, regulation and market structure. He previously spent over two decades as a proprietary trader at diverse institutions and has also built and advised data-focused technology businesses.


Hanno Klein

Technical Director, FIX Trading Community


Hanno Klein works as an independent consultant specialised in the standardisation of electronic interfaces and is the founder of FIXdom – “The Wisdom of FIX” in Germany (April 2019).
He is co-chair of the FIX Global Technical Committee (GTC) for the EMEA region since July 2010 and a member of the FIX Global Steering Committee (GSC). His primary objective is to enable and promote the harmonised usage of FIX by the financial community, especially by exchanges, clearinghouses and other marketplaces. An increased adoption of FIX by this group of users requires a focus on performance together with true standardisation.

Hugo Brisebard

Deputy Head of Unit, Savings and Financial Markets, French Treasury


Hugo works on financial markets regulation and policies aimed at strengthening the competitiveness and attractiveness of European capital markets, in particular within the MiFID II/MiFIR framework. He is closely involved in the Council negotiations on the EU Market Integration and Supervision Package (MISP) and represents the French Treasury on trading-related issues in discussions with European institutions, national authorities and market participants.

He also works alongside the Honorary Governor of the Banque de France, Christian Noyer, on initiatives to promote Paris as a leading international financial centre.
A macroeconomist by training, Hugo previously worked at the OECD before joining the Economic Department of the French Embassy in London, where he advised the Ambassador on economic and financial affairs.

Inés de Trémiolles

Jean-François Jolivalt

Jim Kaye

Jim has worked in the financial industry for 25 years, mostly in equities electronic trading, market structure and regulatory implementation. He has been involved in FIX in various capacities over most of this period, having served as GSC co-chair for eight years, a director for five and as co-chair of various working groups.

Laetitia Visconti

Head of Market Structure, Aquis Exchange


Laetitia Visconti has over 20 years’ experience in equities execution, financial services advocacy, and regulatory change management. She joined Aquis Exchange in February 2025 as Head of Market Structure, where she leads the firm’s advocacy and regulatory agenda, and contributes actively to the product innovation and strategy for the firm’s pan-European MTF. Before joining Aquis, Laetitia spent nearly 14 years at Barclays Corporate & Investment Bank, most recently as Head of EMEA Equities Market Structure and Market Connectivity. In this role, she oversaw Barclays’ low-latency market access product suite, led the firm’s EMEA Equities market structure and policy agenda from advocacy through to implementation, and managed key relationships with EMEA exchanges and brokers. In addition to her corporate roles, Laetitia contributes actively to the broader market community. She has been a member of the AMF Markets and Exchanges Consultative Commission since December 2022, is co-chair of the FIX Protocol Equities Consolidated Tape working group and participates in several industry groups focused on equities market structure. She has also served as a member of the AFME Equities Board and as vice-Chair of the AFME Securities Trading Committee. Laetitia holds a Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from INSA de Lyon and a Master’s degree in Marketing from HEC Paris.

Laurent Clavel

Laurent has been leading BNPP AM’s Multi-Asset since 2026, a team managing ca. 130bn€ of assets. Laurent was previously leading the Multi Asset investment team at AXA IM, which he first joined in 2015 as International Economist. He then became Head of Macroeconomic Research in 2016, then Head of Quant Lab in 2019, a team set up to foster innovation, focusing on quantitative research, portfolio engineering, financial engineering and data science.

Prior to AXA IM, Laurent worked for ten years at the French Ministry of Finance, from the Statistical Institute (INSEE) to the Budget, and he spent three years at the French Embassy in Stockholm, where he covered the Nordic economies as financial adviser to the French Treasury. Laurent graduated from Ecole Polytechnique and holds an MSc. in Economics from the Paris School of Economics, Statistics and Finance.

Marc Berthoud

Executive Director, Head Exchange Data Strategy, SIX Exchanges


Marc currently serves as Head Exchange Data Strategy for SIX, one of the leading securities market operators in Europe. Securing high quality data is a central focus area of Marc’s portfolio. Marc drove the modernization of SIX Swiss Exchange market data dissemination infrastructure, improving latency, scalability, timestamping accuracy as well as data content. He recently completed the integration of all BME data sources in the SIX MDDX consolidated feed. Marc is active in some prominent market data standardisation initiatives. He’s Co-Chairing the FIX Market Model Typology (MMT) Technical Committee. MMT delivers an efficient operational solution for meeting RTS 1 /RTS 2 trade flagging requirements. Most market operators and data vendors have already implemented the MMT logic in their data feeds and display terminals across Europe. Marc is additionally engaged in several collaborative groups delivering industry wide benefits. He contributes to the FESE Market Data Expert Group as well as to the WFE Exchange and CCP Data Group. Marc started his career in the securities industry working for the Geneva Stock Exchange during the transition towards full electronic trading. He previously worked in Munich for the energy company EON.

Marc graduated in Economics and holds various industry certifications with strong focus on data management from EDM Council, ICMA, FISD and is a certified Prince 2 project manager.

Mark Kepeneghian

Founder and CEO, Lise


As Founder and CEO of Lise, Mark Kepeneghian is dedicated to modernizing market infrastructures in Europe. Through Lise, he has developed a unified infrastructure integrating both trading (MTF) and settlement (CSD) functions, creating the first natively tokenized stock exchange. In April 2026, Lise carried out its first IPO on this infrastructure and has since operated as the first 24/7 stock market, simplifying access to financing for SMEs and mid-caps through instant settlement.
Mark also leads Kriptown, the technology company designing the technical architecture (trading and post-trade) required to operate these tokenized financial instruments.

Mathieu Jacolin

Matthew Coupe

Further to this he develops explanatory and thought leadership pieces around Market Structure.


He has previously sat on the FCA’s Secondary Markets Advisory Committee, the CFTC’s Global Market Structure sub-committee, the FMSB’s board and currently co-chairs the Fix Trading Community for the EMEA region. Nicolas Weber

Paul Besson

Paul heads Euronext’s Quant Research for the group. His main area of research is Market Microstructure and Behavioural Finance on Equities and FX.

Prior to this he held the same position for seven years at Kepler Cheuvreux. Paul has twelve years’ previous experience as a fund manager in quantitative arbitrage, both for hedge funds and long-only funds. Paul regularly presents papers at academic conferences and has authored various publications on Market Microstructure in applied journals. He has been a lecturer for a number of institutions. Paul graduated from ENSAE Paris.

Philippe Guillot

Deputy Secretary General, Data and Markets Directorate, AMF


Philippe Guillot began his career in finance in 1987 at DKL James Capel (now HSBC), where he held various positions in the markets. In 1991 he joined Enskilda Securities as a market maker, first in Paris then in London. In 1998, he moved to Crédit Agricole Cheuvreux in Paris, taking over as head of Facilitation, before being appointed Group Trading Director in 2006, first in Paris then in London. During this time Philippe played an active part in numerous working groups and market bodies dealing with MiFID issues in Paris. He was a member of the Securities Trading Committee of the Association for Financial Markets in Europe (AFME). He joined the AMF in march 2012. Philippe holds a degree in private law from Paris XI University and is a keen cyclist who has completed the last three Paris-Brest-Paris.

Raoul Salomon

Raoul Salomon is a Managing Director at Barclays; he is the France CEO and the Co-Head of Markets for Barclays Europe.
Mr. Salomon was appointed as Managing Director in January 2006 after joining Barclays Capital in February 1996 from Caisse des Depots et Consignation where he was an economist in charge of the French economy and a trader on STRIPS.
Prior to Caisse des Depots et Consignation, Mr. Salomon worked in research in econometrics at the World Bank in Washington DC. At Barclays Capital, Mr. Salomon was a trader on the French government bonds curve from 1996 to 2000, after which he became a member of the France Sales team and the management team.
Mr. Salomon holds a Diploma from Ecole Nationale de la Statistique et de l'Administration Economique and a Masters in Games Theory. He was a lecturer in maths, statistics, econometrics, micro - macro economics and financial markets at the University of Paris 1, HEC, ENSAE and continues to lecture at Sciences Po. He is the Chairman of Alliance pour une Gestion Solidaire, Cris Cancer France and Dessines Moi Un Mouton.

Rebecca Healey

Rebecca is considered to be a leading industry voice on market structure, regulatory reform, and financial services technology. Writing research over the last decade, Rebecca has authored a plethora of qualitative reports and commentaries covering the impact of market regulation on all asset classes, the impact of the rise of fintech in capital markets, as well as the impact of the move to ESG and sustainability in asset management; focusing on how technology can help address current challenges, improving capital markets both for participants and investors.
Widely quoted in the financial, business and trade media, she has appeared on TV and radio discussing ongoing changes in capital markets such as the Financial Times, The Economist, The Wall Street Journal, The Times, DeTelegraaf, Die Welt, Le Monde, Les Echos, CNBC TV, BBC and Bloomberg, among others. She has contributed to regulatory policy participating in a wide number of roundtables in the UK and Europe including providing evidence for the UK House of Lords review into electronic trading and is a member of ESMA’s Secondary Markets Standing Committee.
Prior to writing research since 2011, Rebecca held various positions at Bankers Trust, Goldman Sachs, and Credit Suisse, where she was instrumental in launching the successful AES product from its inception in 2002. She was the first electronic trader at Credit Suisse to be registered for all electronic European cash equity markets. During this time Rebecca also set up Positive Risk, a forerunner of initiatives to educate women in financial planning. Rebecca was based in the Middle East from 2008 to 2010, where she was employed by the British Embassy in Bahrain, successfully launching the UK Government’s financial services strategy in Bahrain.

Samar Sen

Samar is the Head of International Markets at Talos, the premier provider of institutional digital asset trading and portfolio technology. Splitting his time across Singapore, Paris and London, Samar leads the expansion of Talos across APAC and EMEA, delivering institutional-grade digital asset trading systems to buy- and sell-side clients. Talos has developed a platform that applies the standards of traditional finance to the digital asset markets and is becoming the primary infrastructure used by institutions active in digital assets, from hedge funds and asset managers to banks, broker-dealers and fintech firms.

Over his 20-year career, Samar has worked in a variety of product, strategy, and technology leadership roles at capital markets firms across the industry. Prior to joining Talos, he served as the Global Head of Digital Products for Securities Services at Deutsche Bank, where he co-led the bank’s digital asset strategy and product delivery.

Prior to this, he has held senior Asia-based roles at BNP Paribas, Barclays, and TradeHero after starting his career at Goldman Sachs in New York. Samar holds a degree in Computer Science from Northwestern University and an MBA from INSEAD.

Valentina Lorusso

Policy Officer, ESMA


Valentina Lorusso is a Policy Officer in the Markets and Digital Innovation Department at the European Securities and Markets Authority (ESMA), where she works on the development of EU regulatory policy with a focus on market structure. Since joining ESMA in 2018, she has contributed to key legislative initiatives aimed at strengthening the integration and functioning of EU capital markets, including work related to the Savings and Investment Union and its implications for key financial players.

She currently serves as rapporteur for the Secondary Markets Working Group and is engaged in the evolution of the Market Integration Package, with particular focus on proposals concerning the regulatory framework for EU trading venues. Her expertise lies at the intersection of market microstructure and regulatory design.

Valentina holds a PhD in Finance from Imperial College London.

Vincent Grandjean

Vincent is co-founder and CEO of Propellant Digital, a fintech that aggregates and organises MiFID II transparency data to make it more open, accessible, and useful to specialist and non-specialist users. He also serves as co-chair of the FICC Committee of the FIX Trading Community. Most recently, he was appointed to the Consultative Working Group of European Securities and Markets Authority (ESMA)'s Secondary Markets Working Group, under the Markets Standing Committee. Prior to launching Propellant Digital in 2021, he held various roles at Santander, Société Générale, Citi, and UBS. He has extensive front-to-back experience in market structure and regulatory reform through positions in front office product management and technology. He played a key role defining fixed income market structure strategy at Santander and Société Générale. Vincent led initiatives to identify and prepare for changes in markets brought about by regulatory reform, including MiFID II and Dodd-Frank.

William Fenna

Yuhang Wang

Yuhang Wang is Business Initiatives Director at FIX Trading Community, where she leads industry initiatives focused on market structure changes and developing standards across global financial markets. She brings more than 15 years of experience from investment banking and capital markets, including roles at Bank of America in Market Structure and Strategy and as Head of EMEA Market Structure at BMO Capital Markets. Yuhang has worked extensively on regulatory and market structure topics.
