Andrew Clark

Andrew Clark is Head of Business Development for Iress in Canada, part of the firm's global trading and market data business. A capital markets executive with more than two decades across electronic trading, market structure and fintech, he has led the modernisation of order management systems and helped bring new electronic trading capability to the Canadian market. His current focus is trading connectivity and the industry's shift from execution on a venue to execution through a network. Andrew is a Governor of the Canadian Securities Traders Association (CSTA), a mentor in the Institutional Equity Traders Association mentorship program, and a graduate of Bishop's University.

Ashley Kryshtalsky

Ashley Kryshtalsky is the Head of North America Sales & Business Development for Virtu Financial’s Workflow Technology business, where she leads commercial strategy and client engagement for Virtu’s suite of workflow technology tools, including the Triton EMS platform. With deep expertise in electronic trading technology, she works with leading asset managers, hedge funds and financial institutions to design and implement multi-asset trading workflows, with a particular focus on workflow automation, execution technology and the evolving role of data and analytics in the trading process.
Prior to her current role. Ashley served as Global Head of Product for Workflow Technology, where she led product strategy and development for Triton EMS, overseeing initiatives from concept through delivery. She joined ITG in November 2018 as a Director of Workflow Technology prior to the firm’s acquisition by Virtu in March 2019, and previously held client coverage, sales and product roles at Instinet.
Ashley has more than 15 years of experience in electronic trading and financial technology. She is a founding member of the Women in FIX group within the FIX Trading Community and has been a frequent speaker on trading technology, automation and the evolution of electronic markets. Ashley holds a Bachelor of Science in biology and a degree in Sociology from the University at Albany, SUNY. "

Gabrielle Vennitti is the Head of ETF Listings at Nasdaq, where she oversees the exchange’s Exchange Traded Product (ETP) business line, business development, and issuer relationships. Based in New York, she plays a central role in the ETF ecosystem, helping asset managers navigate the listing process and supporting the launch of innovative product structures.
Since joining Nasdaq in 2023, Gabrielle has held positions as Senior Manager of ETF Product and Senior Specialist for North American Markets. She authors the Nasdaq ETF Intel newsletter and hosts Nasdaq’s “Just for Funds” interview series.
Prior to her tenure at Nasdaq, Gabrielle worked in the digital asset data and index space as a Senior Specialist at Lukka. She holds a Bachelor of Science from Carnegie Mellon University and a Juris Doctorate from New York Law School.

Jan Hoenisch is a Fractional CTO and Product Leader with over 35 years of experience in the FinTech industry, specializing in capital markets technology, investment operations, and AI-driven product innovation. He has a proven track record of delivering solutions that create measurable revenue growth and customer satisfaction across investment operations, collateral management, securities lending, reconciliation, corporate actions, and digital and alternative assets. Jan brings hands-on AI implementation experience directly relevant to financial services. He has led efforts to enable an Order Management System to predict settlement failures using AI, and has worked at two Crypto FinTech startups where AI was integrated into the development lifecycle -- driving efficiency gains ranging from 40% on complex coding requests to over 400% on routine bug fixes and simple tasks. He currently applies AI tools to data analysis and operational consolidation, with active work at the intersection of BPA, RPA, and emerging agentic automation models.
An experienced speaker and panelist, Jan's most recent engagement was at InvestOps. He is pursuing an Executive Presence and Influence Certificate from The Wharton School, and leverages his expertise in critical thinking, data analysis, strategic partnerships, and cross-functional collaboration to translate complex technology into business outcomes for executive audiences.

Lisa Utasi

Lisa Utasi is Managing Director of Global Execution and a Senior Equity Trader at ClearBridge Investments. She is a past Chairman of the Security Traders Association (National) and a two-term past President of the Security Traders Association of New York. Lisa was inducted into the National Organization of Investment Professionals (NOIP) in 2004. She later served as Chairman of its Board of Directors and co-chaired the Conference Committee for many years. She currently serves on the NOIP Foundation Board of Directors.
Lisa serves on the NASDAQ’s Institutional Traders Advisory where she previously served as the group’s Committee Chair. Ms. Utasi participates as a member of the NYSE Institutional Traders Advisory Committee. Lisa is a member of Institutional Investors Trader’s Forum and the Investment Company Institute’s Equity Markets Committee.

Thomas (Tom) Sullivan is Managing Director, Head of Digital Assets Solutions (DAS) at DTCC. In this role, which he assumed in March 2026, Tom has overarching responsibility for translating strategic priorities into solution design, detailed requirements and release plans. In addition, Tom aligns delivery with business objectives, develops platform and product strategy, collects and incorporates client and stakeholder feedback into design solutions and partners with other teams across DTCC on tokenization-related projects. Tom also leads a team of product managers and product owners who oversee client and market engagement, product development and commercial outcomes.
He joined DTCC in September 2025 as Managing Director of DTCC Digital Assets, where he was responsible for leading and facilitating the development of DTCC Digital Assets’ strategic objectives, driving critical projects and partnering with clients, regulators and market participants to advance the firm’s leadership in digital innovation.
Tom has over 20 years of experience in securities and banking, focusing on the intersection of operations and innovation. Prior to DTCC, Tom served as Managing Director at Société Générale in New York, where he was the Head of Business Development for Digital Assets and spearheaded tokenization and blockchain efforts for the firm in the Americas. Before that, Tom served in various operational roles at Société Générale, including securities settlements, collateral management, f/x and payments. Prior to Société Générale, Tom was the Head of Broker Dealer Operations at Commerzbank where he managed securities settlements, securities lending support, and asset servicing. With the merger of Commerzbank and Dresdner Bank in 2009, Tom coordinated the integration of the operational platforms of the firms. In addition to these roles, Tom has been an active member in several industry groups, including the Digital Asset Markets subcommittee of the CFTC’s Global Markets Advisory Committee where he worked to develop tokenization recommendations.
Tom graduated from New York University with BA in Economics and holds Series 7, 24,27, 63, and 99 registrations with FINRA.
