Ozgun is a seasoned leader with over 20 years of experience in electronic FX sales, strategy, and product development. Having joined UBS Investment Bank in 2010, she played a pivotal role in expanding the bank’s electronic footprint, driving automation, and enhancing client relationships across Institutional clients. She currently leads the UK eFX regional team within Global Markets division. Prior to UBS, she worked at State Street Bank, Saxo Bank and MF Global in similar roles. With a track record of delivering strong financial results, launching innovative products, and leading high-performing teams, Ozgun is passionate about shaping the future of eFX markets. She is also an active industry thought leader, speaker, and advocate for diversity and inclusion in financial services. Ozgun holds a Master of Science degree in Investment Management from Bayes (formerly Cass) Business School, London is a Certified Manager awarded by CMI.
