Max Heinzle is a seasoned entrepreneur and visionary in the field of corporate finance. As the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of 21.finance and 21X he has played a pivotal role in shaping the digital finance landscape and consistently demonstrated his industry expertise and leadership.
His journey in the financial sector began with his co-founding of MEZZANY (OneCrowd Securities GmbH) in 2015, a pioneering force in crowd-investing in Germany. In March 2017, he established 21.finance, a digital and regulated Marketplace as a Service platform. This initiative empowers financial institutions to expand their digital presence and engage customers effectively, bridging the gap between the traditional financial world and the digital era.
Recognizing the opportunities afforded by a secure, efficient and transparent digital asset marketplace where institutional investors can confidently participate in the tokenized asset revolution, in 2023, Max founded 21X. The company is soon to launch the first ever fully regulated exchange for trading and settlement of digital assets under the European Union’s groundbreaking DLT Regime.
Max has a Master of Science (MSc), Global Banking and Finance from the European School of Economics, London, England.
